Data Analyst
What You’ll Be Doing
- Data modeling and transformation:
Maintain dimensional and semantic models that support self-serve analytics and BI. - Establish and govern a consistent metrics layer to ensure a single source of truth.
- Data quality, observability, and governance:
Implement testing, data contracts, and monitoring to proactively detect and resolve data issues. Partner with data engineering to enforce SLAs, lineage, and change management. Uphold data privacy and security best practices appropriate for regulated environments. - Pipeline orchestration and reliability:
Maintain, schedule, and optimize workflows for performance and cost. Streamline deployments and validations. - Business partnership and enablement:
Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to translate business logic into reusable models and metrics. Build scalable, audited datasets for dashboards, self-serve, and analytical use cases. Provide guidance on data definitions, documentation, and analytics best practices. - Continuous improvement:
Identify opportunities to simplify the stack, reduce technical debt, and improve developer experience. Contribute to standards for coding, documentation, and peer review.
Trusted, documented, and testable data models power critical dashboards and analyses. A governed metrics layer reduces duplicative logic and conflicting KPIs. Robust pipeline monitoring and CI/CD reduce incidents and accelerate releases. Clear runbooks, documentation, and developer standards improve team velocity. Positive feedback from stakeholders on data reliability, transparency, and usability.

The anticipated start date for this role is early June 2026. The role has an expected salary of $72,500 for the market based on experience, qualifications, and location. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which may also include a discretionary bonus component.
