Responsibilities
  • Execute development tasks and user stories within Salesforce CRM Analytics
  • Build, enhance, and troubleshoot CRMA dashboards, datasets, and queries
  • Analyze data issues and identify why processes, dashboards, or data flows are breaking
  • Investigate upstream/downstream data sources and field mappings
  • Partner with onshore architects (architecture led by Anith) to implement solutions
  • Provide hands‑on development support with some analytical problem‑solving
  • Work independently on “here’s the task, go execute” style assignments
  • Overlap with US team daily for collaboration and handoff
Skills and Requirements
  • 5+ years of overall Salesforce development experience
  • 2–3+ years of Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA / Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics) experience
  • Strong hands‑on development background (not purely functional)
  • Experience writing queries and performing data analysis within Salesforce
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot issues end‑to‑end (root cause analysis, not ticket handoffs)
  • Experience working in an offshore / follow‑the‑sun delivery model
  • Ability to execute independently on assigned user stories and tasks
  • Strong understanding of how data is sourced, transformed, and surfaced in CRMA
  • 7+ years of total Salesforce ecosystem experience
  • Prior experience supporting enterprise‑scale Salesforce implementations
  • Exposure to architectural discussions or solution design support
  • Experience working with US‑based stakeholders and distributed teams
  • Real estate or enterprise analytics domain exposure
