Qualifications- BA/BS in computer science, related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience supporting major messaging implementations in large corporations.
- Strong understanding of mobile device management platforms (VMware Workspace One UEM, Intune, and Black Berry UEM).
- Strong understanding of messaging technologies including Exchange 2016/2019, Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online and Teams), email archive systems, SMTP, Proofpoint and other messaging products.
- Strong understanding of unified communication technologies including Skype for Business.
- Strong understanding of Active Directory and Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019.
- Strong understanding of Power Shell scripting and automation techniques in a Windows environment.
- Proven ability to develop, implement, and communicate best practices for a messaging environment in a large, global organization.
