    • Provide clear, executive‑ready updates on digital‑focused operational KPIs, risks, and action plans, translating complex information into actionable insights
    • Serve as the primary communication and coordination point for enterprise‑wide change, portfolio health, and execution across Digital Technology Operations and Safety leadership
    • Partner with Directors and senior stakeholders to align priorities, manage dependencies, and drive decision making across horizontal initiatives
    • Lead escalation and resolution of cross‑organizational blockers, balancing delivery speed, risk, and operational stability
  • Budgeting and Resource Management:
    • Develop and manage the program budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation to support strategic initiatives and operational needs
    • Track and report on key performance metrics, making data‑driven decisions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the team
  • Strategic IT Planning and Execution:
    • Translate strategic priorities into integrated roadmaps and execution plans
    • Drive cross‑director alignment and sequencing of large horizontal initiatives, managing dependencies, capacity constraints, and execution of tradeoffs across a complex, matrixed organization
    • Ensure strategic initiatives are executed with operational discipline, balancing modernization, change velocity, and system stability
    • Partner with senior leadership to shape investment strategy and capital planning, including identification, governance, and tracking of capitalizable work at an organizational level
