10 is currently seeking an AI Business Analyst for a hybrid position (3 days per week in-office) located in Chicago, IL. This is a long-term contract-to-hire opportunity.
Pay Rate: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour, W2

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Document current-state underwriting workflows and identify efficiency opportunities
• Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Support initiatives involving document intake, data extraction, and workflow automation
• Assist with process mapping, gap analysis, and impact assessments
• Collaborate with technology and vendor teams to validate requirements
• Support UAT execution and end-user adoption

• 3+ years of experience

• Experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance industry
