We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Service Delivery Manager to oversee the successful delivery and ongoing support of Salesforce solutions for our organization or clients. This role involves managing Salesforce project execution, ensuring service-level agreements (SLAs) are met, leading support teams, and acting as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate combines strong Salesforce platform knowledge with leadership, communication, and service management expertise.

Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the end-to-end service delivery of Salesforce solutions across multiple projects or clients.
  • Oversee Salesforce support operations, including issue triage, escalation, and resolution according to defined SLAs.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs and ensure delivery aligns with business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor Salesforce administrators, developers, and support staff.
  • Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations related to Salesforce.
  • Maintain and enhance documentation, service processes, and best practices.
  • Monitor platform performance, perform capacity planning, and recommend improvements.
  • Drive continuous service improvement initiatives and customer satisfaction.
  • Support release and change management processes within Salesforce environments.
  • Ensure data security, compliance, and governance policies are enforced within the platform.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce service delivery, support, or project management roles.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.) in a delivery or support capacity.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integrations.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Admin, Service Cloud Consultant) preferred.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in a Managed Services or consulting environment.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Service Now, or similar service management tools.
  • Understanding of Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
