Job Overview
We are seeking a Cybersecurity Portfolio Lead to oversee the execution of strategic programs and projects aligned to our Attack Surface Management (ASM) / Vulnerability Management “Tower”. This role reports directly to the Head of Cybersecurity Program Delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Define approach, drive execution, manage risk, and ensure proper resources and prioritization for programs.
- Lead a team of Project Managers and other matrixed staff supporting inter‑connected, complex programs that are enterprise priority initiatives.
- Oversee portfolio program management for one of our Cybersecurity Towers, aligning program outcomes with strategic objectives.
- Direct the resolution of highly complex problems by applying advanced critical thinking.
- Negotiate with senior leaders across the business.
- Prepare and deliver periodic reporting to Global CISO and other executive stakeholders.
- Drive stakeholder management: identify stakeholders, develop engagement plans, maintain communication, manage expectations and resolve conflicts.
- Implement robust change and risk management processes, partner with OCM, and enforce technology change management procedures.
- Oversee financial management: develop and manage capital and expense budgets, analyze variance, plan annual budgets, optimize spend, and submit forecasts.
- Manage staffing: determine staffing needs, hiring, termination, salary administration, performance management and career development.
- Support technical delivery lifecycle, demand & capacity management, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- At least 12 years of direct program and project experience, including Cybersecurity, Regulatory, or Audit‑related projects.
- Experience leading and driving compliance or remediation programs related to Attack Surface Management and/or Vulnerability Management.
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise‑wide strategic initiatives, managing teams and large‑scale projects.
- Superior communication skills, initiative, organizational skills, delivery mindset, and expert analytical skills.
- Financial management experience with large program budgets ($5M–$20M).
- Knowledge of global financial institutions and complex regulatory environments.
- Experience with software delivery lifecycle methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, etc.) and demand & capacity management.
- A college or university degree; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Current or prior PMP certification is desired.
Salary range: $137,400 – $240,400 USD (base pay estimate).
