Your role and responsibilities

As a Technology Partner Specialist, you will cultivate trusted advisor relationships with IBM Business Partners and orchestrate joint strategic planning to drive overall IBM revenue growth, wallet share expansion, and technical enablement planning. You will co-create business growth plans and gain Partner C-Level support for joint growth initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Develop Trusted Relationships:
Build and maintain strong relationships with IBM Business Partners, establishing trust and credibility to drive joint business growth.
• Orchestrate Joint Planning:
Collaborate with Partners to develop strategic plans that align with IBM's goals, driving revenue growth, wallet share expansion, and technical enablement.
• Co-create Growth Plans:
Work with Partners to create business growth plans, identifying opportunities and gaining C-Level support for joint initiatives.
• Accelerate Go-to-Market Success:
Bring together IBM capabilities and resources to help Partners succeed with IBM Technology offerings.
• Enable Joint Success:
Facilitate technical enablement planning to ensure Partners have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively sell and deliver IBM solutions.

Required education

Associate's Degree/College Diploma

Preferred education

Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

* Exposure to Partner Relationship Management:
Experience working with business partners, establishing trust and credibility to drive joint business growth.
• Understanding of Strategic Planning:
Familiarity with developing strategic plans that align with business goals, driving revenue growth and expansion.
• Experience with Business Growth Initiatives:
Exposure to creating business growth plans, identifying opportunities, and gaining executive-level support.
• Knowledge of Technical Enablement:
Familiarity with facilitating technical enablement planning to ensure partners have necessary skills and knowledge.
• Exposure to Go-to-Market Strategies:
Experience working with technology offerings, bringing together capabilities and resources to accelerate go-to-market success.

Preferred technical and professional experience

* Additional Technical Knowledge:
Exposure to IBM Technology offerings, including understanding of technical capabilities and resources available to accelerate go-to-market success.
• Industry Insights:
Familiarity with industry trends and market dynamics, enabling effective joint strategic planning and business growth initiatives.
• Business Acumen:
Understanding of business operations, including revenue growth, wallet share expansion, and technical enablement planning.
