Position: Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Manager

What You Will Do
  • Provide technical direction on design considerations for security, performance, scalability, availability, maintainability, disaster recovery and uptime.
  • Plan, implement, and sustain client RPA initiatives and engage in development activities.
  • Provide insight into RPA delivery methodology to identify, evaluate and prioritize opportunities for enhancements.
  • Understand workflow-based logic and conceptualize current and future state of business processes in automated solutions.
  • Identify automation expansion opportunities, including additional managed services for Ashling delivery teams.
  • Collaborate with Delivery, Sales and People teams to analyze business requirements, prioritize work streams, help design the RPA strategic roadmap, conduct development, perform systems integration, testing and support development’s move to production.
  • Oversee staffing, workload distribution, and utilization across assigned accounts to ensure delivery excellence and client satisfaction.
  • Represent Development in Ashling Partners’ Automation Centers of Excellence.
  • Provide thought leadership on emerging trends in RPA and the intelligent Process Automation revolution.
  • Supervise a team of onshore and offshore resources, providing mentorship and oversight.
  • Lead RPA technical development, maintenance and planning activities; work closely with key client stakeholders and Ashling leadership to define the client’s strategy and required work streams to achieve it.
  • Provide reporting metrics to clients to demonstrate the value of Ashling services on a defined frequency.
