Business Analyst - Enterprise Delivery & Requirements Management

Position Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Business Analyst to support enterprise application and operational initiatives within a structured, compliance-driven environment. This role is heavily focused on requirements gathering, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and supporting delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in large enterprise settings, communicates effectively with both business and technical teams, and is comfortable managing detailed documentation, validation activities, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced environment.

This is not a strategy or product ownership role. The focus is execution, documentation accuracy, stakeholder communication, and delivery support.

Core Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document functional and business requirements

• Translate business needs into user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, and detailed documentation for technical teams

• Facilitate requirement discussions, stakeholder meetings, walkthroughs, and clarification sessions

• Work closely with development, QA, project management, and business teams throughout delivery cycles

• Maintain and update project documentation including requirement documents, process flows, meeting notes, and tracking artifacts

• Support Agile and hybrid delivery teams by managing backlog clarification and requirement traceability

• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenario validation and defect follow-up

• Identify requirement gaps, inconsistencies, risks, and process improvement opportunities

• Assist in ensuring delivered solutions align with approved business requirements and compliance standards

• Support cross-functional communication between business operations and technical delivery teams

Required Experience

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience within enterprise environments

• Strong experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements

• Proven ability to work with both business stakeholders and technical teams

• Experience supporting Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery models

• Strong documentation, communication, and meeting facilitation skills

• Experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure Dev Ops, or similar platforms

• Experience supporting testing cycles, UAT coordination, and validation activities

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and process adherence

• Comfortable working onsite in a structured corporate environment

Preferred Background
