Trade Surveillance Analyst

Position Overview

This is a great opportunity for a true career contractor with a focus in Trade Surveillance and is happy about a Hybrid work schedule located in Midtown NYC. Contract Based Opportunity 3 months or longer Hybrid Schedule.

• Clear trade alerts that have been backed up due to a change in trade surveillance systems.
• Conduct daily surveillance to ensure compliance with appropriate rules, regulations, and firm policies.
• Perform research and investigations to identify the reason for potential violations.
• Document research results and escalat[e] violations and/or suspicious activity according to firm policy and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with Information Technology and Senior Management in the development, review, and clearing of surveillance models.
