Job Overview and Responsibilities- Configure and implement all aspects of Service Now FSM module including developing and automating workflows using designer, business rules, script includes and other tools.
- Customize and enhance the FSM Agent experience, build and maintain integrations between Service Now FSM, ITAM, ITSM and other internal or third‑party systems.
- Plan and design solutions after requirements are gathered, look for improvements and enhancement opportunities.
- Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting for complex issues related to Service Now functionality, integrations, and performance.
- Ensure that all development work adheres to established coding standards and best practices.
- Participate in Service Now platform upgrades and stay current on new platform features and best practices.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant field
- 3+ years IT experience
- Development experience on the Service Now platform
- Experience in Agile delivery methodology
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
Preferred Qualifications:
- Service Now Certifications
- ITIL Certification
- 2+ years working with Service Now Field Services or Asset Management Modules
The base pay range for this role is $ to $. The position is also eligible for bonus and/or long‑term incentive compensation awards.
