About The Role
The role drives the operational efficiency of the revenue organization by managing, optimizing, and scaling the revenue technology stack. This position sits at the intersection of sales operations, data engineering, and business strategy, ensuring that customer-facing teams have the data and systems needed to accelerate pipeline and revenue growth. The analyst will lead the integration of key business systems, design analytics dashboards, and build automated workflows to eliminate manual processes.
This is an analytical and system-focused role that directly impacts the go-to-market strategy and execution across marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
- Manage and optimize the Salesforce (SFDC) environment, including custom objects, validation rules, flows, and third‑party integrations (Hub Spot, Outreach, Zoom Info)
- Build and maintain operational dashboards in Tableau, PowerBI, or Salesforce to track sales pipeline, revenue attribution, and funnel metrics
- Design and implement automated workflows using tools like Zapier, Workato, or Hub Spot workflows to improve lead routing, lead scoring, and customer data enrichment
- Conduct weekly data hygiene audits, deduplication efforts, and system reconciliations to ensure high‑quality data across all customer touchpoints
- Translate business requirements from sales and marketing leaders into technical specifications, and manage the execution of these systems‑related projects
- Provide technical support, system documentation, and enablement training for revenue teams on new processes and tools in the GTM tech stack
- 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Analyst roles at a technology or SaaS company
- Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM‑201) or equivalent hands‑on experience managing SFDC deployments, workflows, and permissions
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying customer databases and joining disparate datasets across GTM platforms
- Demonstrated experience building reporting dashboards and data models in Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
- Bonus:
Experience with advanced GTM automation tools like Workato, Lean Data, or Marketo
