Sourcing Technology Analyst

Position Overview

The Analyst, Sourcing & Procurement Technology will support end-to-end deployment, management, and continuous improvement of sourcing technology applications for the Work Dynamics business across the Americas. The role sits within the Sourcing Technology & Data team and works across procurement operations, enterprise platforms, and AI/data capability – directly supporting the Director of Sourcing Technology in executing the team's RR&E (Reporting, Reporting & Execution) mandate.

The role is central to how our team builds differentiated, consistent delivery at scale – enabling smarter decisions, stronger client outcomes, and a more connected OneJLL approach to sourcing.

• Deploy, manage, and continuously improve sourcing technology applications across the Americas.
• Collaborate with procurement operations, enterprise platforms, and AI/data capability teams.
• Support the Director of Sourcing Technology in executing the team's RR&E mandate.
