We are looking for a Mainframe Production Support Developer with strong experience in Mainframe technologies and application support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring production environments, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the stability of critical banking applications.

- Production Support
- Monitor production jobs, batch processes, and system alerts on a daily basis.
- Investigate production incidents and perform root cause analysis.
- Debug application issues and resolve minor defects and production problems.
- Work proactively to stabilize production environments and improve application reliability.
- Participate in SWAT calls and provide timely resolution for critical production issues.
- Support multiple applications across the production landscape.
- Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to resolve incidents.
- Perform impact analysis and document issue resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with SLA requirements and operational procedures.
- Participate in weekend on-call support rotations and provide after-hours support when required.
- 5+ years of experience in Mainframe Development and Production Support.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Experience working with DB2/Oracle databases and Unix environments.
- Hands-on experience with Data Stage.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Banking or Financial Services experience is a plus.
