About The Role
The role sits at the intersection of product strategy, visual design, and user research, focusing on translating complex user needs into intuitive, high-fidelity digital interfaces. The designer will collaborate closely with product managers and frontend engineers to craft seamless workflows for web and mobile platforms.
This position requires a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and a systematic approach to problem-solving. The team values candidates who can move from low-fidelity wireframes to polished interactive prototypes while maintaining a rigorous focus on usability metrics and system scalability.
Key Responsibilities- Create comprehensive user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma that simplify complex enterprise workflows and data-dense structures.
- Maintain and scale the centralized design system, ensuring consistent application of UI patterns, accessibility standards, and component libraries.
- Design and build interactive prototypes using Figma, Proto Pie, or Principle for internal reviews, client presentations, and usability testing sessions.
- Collaborate directly with frontend engineers to ensure design specifications are accurately translated into production-grade code, reviewing layout implementations.
- Plan and execute qualitative user research, including structured usability tests, card sorting, and contextual inquiries to validate product hypotheses.
- Analyze user feedback, session recordings, and product analytics to identify interface friction points and propose iterative UX enhancements.
- 3 to 6 years of professional experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer, or in an equivalent user experience role within a technology product company.
- An outstanding portfolio demonstrating a structured design process, user research methodologies, and high-quality visual execution for complex web applications.
- Advanced proficiency with industry-standard design tools, particularly Figma, and prototype-sharing platforms.
- Deep understanding of responsive design systems, grid layouts, and web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or equivalent practical experience.
- Bonus:
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and component frameworks like React, or experience designing data visualization tools.
