About the Team

The Workday Success Plans team is focused on our customers and their post‑Go‑Live journey. We create programs that help them drive business value from their Workday applications. The team delivers a mix of programs and services, ranging from feature demonstrations to full feature deployments.

About the Role

The Workday Success Plans team works directly with customers through targeted micro‑consulting engagements to help solve their business needs using the Workday application. In this position you will act as a trusted Workday advisor, assisting customers with how‑to questions, troubleshooting, configuration guidance, and feature demonstrations. As a Workday Spend expert, you’ll share your experience, identify key considerations, and highlight standard methodologies.

Major Responsibilities
  • Conduct research to understand customer questions and related Workday concepts.
  • Deliver small‑scope consulting in response to customer requests, providing configuration guidance, demonstrations, and tips & tricks.
  • Troubleshoot product configuration to resolve or provide optimal configuration for customer business requirements.
  • Clearly and effectively communicate responses and value to customers.
  • Create and deliver customer presentations to demonstrate how to use Workday features to achieve business goals (Accelerator Webinars).
  • Provide one‑on‑one consulting guidance to accelerate customer feature adoption (Feature Accelerator).
  • Review customer tenants to identify adoption opportunities (Feature Adoption Tenant Reviews).
  • Maintain product expertise and Workday certifications, keeping up to date with the Workday roadmap.
  • Keep current with industry practices and engage customers on relevant topics.
  • Help drive the creation of new programs to increase customer feature adoption.
Additional Customer Enablement Services
  • Office Hours – appointment‑based consulting engagements providing guidance and product expertise to customers.
  • Perform configuration and business requirements reviews with detailed deliverables highlighting optimization opportunities.
  • Provide one‑on‑one customer configuration designs.
  • Deploy full Workday feature deployments.
Basic Qualifications (Tier
3)
  • 3 years of IT implementation experience.
  • 3 years of experience with software consulting and deployment, including People Soft, SAP, Oracle, and/or JD Edwards.
  • 1+ years of Workday consulting experience or experience as a Workday SME in one of the following:
    Spend, Inventory, WSS, Evisort CLM, Cash Management, or Expenses.
Basic Qualifications (Tier
4)
  • 5 years of IT implementation experience.
  • 5 years of experience with software consulting and deployment, including People Soft, SAP, Oracle, and/or JD Edwards.
  • 3+ years of Workday consulting experience or experience as a Workday SME in one of the following:
    Spend, Inventory, WSS, Evisort CLM, Cash Management, or…
