We are seeking a Consultant with expertise in Net Suite to join our growing team. In this role, you will leverage your Net Suite knowledge to deliver tailored solutions that address our clients' unique business needs. You will play a critical role in client engagements, driving business process improvements, system implementations, and providing strategic guidance to ensure successful Net Suite deployments.

• Support client‑facing Net Suite implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions that align with client goals and best practices.
• Configure Net Suite modules such as Financials, CRM, Supply Chain, Inventory, and other relevant areas based on client needs.
• Develop custom workflows, scripts, and integrations to extend Net Suite functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring seamless operations for clients.
• Assess current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using Net Suite capabilities.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to ensure user adoption and proficiency.
• Work closely with West Monroe’s cross‑functional teams (industry, technology, and project management) to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor for their Net Suite needs.

• 1–4 years of hands‑on Net Suite implementation, configuration, and support experience.
• Strong understanding of Net Suite modules such as Financials, CRM, Inventory, and Supply Chain.
• Experience with Suite Script, Suite Flow, and Suite Talk integrations is a plus.
• Proven ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Experience in consulting or client‑facing roles is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of business processes in industries such as manufacturing, distribution, professional services, or retail.
• Net Suite certifications (e.g., Administrator, ERP Consultant) are highly desirable.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to travel up to 30% to 50%.

Seattle or Washington, D.C.: $89,300 - $105,000 USD

$93,500 - $110,000 USD

New York City or San Francisco: $97,800 - $115,000 USD

A location not listed above: $85,000 - $100,000 USD
