We are seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Director to drive growth within a key enterprise account while also developing new business across the region. This person will focus on expanding relationships and revenue within data science, data analytics, AI/ML, Generative AI, data engineering, analytics, and cloud transformation solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who has sold product, software, or technology services into high-tech enterprise clients and is comfortable engaging both business and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Expand business within a strategic enterprise account, with a focus on AI, data science, analytics, and cloud solutions
- Prospect and develop new enterprise client relationships across the region
- Build and execute regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Partner with technical, delivery, marketing, and product teams to support successful sales execution
- Present solutions, lead client discussions, and communicate effectively with technical and executive audiences
- Track pipeline activity, provide accurate forecasting, and manage sales reporting through CRM tools
- Attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings as needed
- 8 to 10+ years of sales or client-facing experience
- Experience selling AI/ML, data engineering, analytics, cloud, SaaS, software, or technology services
- Proven success expanding business within large enterprise or high-tech accounts
- Strong relationship-building, presentation, and communication skills
- Comfortable discussing technical solutions with prospects and clients
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in engineering, math, statistics, business, or a related field
- Selling into high-tech companies
- Business consulting or solution-selling background
- Start-up mindset with strong energy and ownership
- Lead generation and enterprise account expansion experience
