In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing software system testing, both manual and automated, with a focus on performance and regression. You will formulate quality assurance frameworks, processes, procedures, and metrics to ensure the delivery of high-quality technology products and services that meet defined quality standards. Additionally, you will leverage AI to enhance quality standards and improve system testing.

** Your key responsibilities*
* As a Quality Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our technology solutions. Your time will be spent on the following core responsibilities:

+ Leading the delivery of quality assurance processes and frameworks, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.

+ Managing and mentoring a team of quality engineers, providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.

+ Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and innovative solutions.

* + A Bachelor's degree required

+ Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years of relevant experience

+ Knowledge of Quality Standards of Products and Services

+ Understanding of System Development Lifecycle

+ Ability to define, analyze, and map Technology Business Requirements
