About the RoleAs a senior individual‑contributor, you will create and build visionary demos that showcase Rippling’s expanding capabilities.
What You’ll Do- Generate and craft use cases for varied industries, strategic deals, keynotes, and conferences.
- Build demos inside the Rippling Platform, including custom data connectors, functions, custom apps with data models, workflow logic, and Canvas UIs.
- Deliver demos to external audiences, internal all‑hands, and war rooms, translating technical features into business value.
- Stay ahead of the platform’s weekly new capabilities and integrate them into demo stories.
- Create supporting content—walkthroughs, narratives, and videos—to enable teams to use your demos.
- Present to executive buyers and conference audiences, communicating outcomes that matter to CEOs, CFOs, and CIOs.
- Inspire GTM, Product, and Marketing teams by showing them working demos of the platform’s new features.
- 3+ years of pre‑sales or solutions consulting experience, preferably on low‑code or platform services such as Salesforce Platform, Service Now, or Workday Extend.
- Demonstrated experience shipping real custom apps, workflows, and integrations—including data model design, logic implementation, and UI.
- Generative thinking: you create use cases proactively without waiting for a brief.
- Industry knowledge across retail, healthcare, manufacturing, financial services, and others, allowing you to tailor demos effectively.
- Executive‑level storytelling that resonates with CEOs, CFOs, and CIOs, along with familiarity in integrating LLMs and understanding AI’s impact on workflows.
- Curiosity for platform speed, proactive learning of new features, and a team‑selling mindset.

Salary InformationCompetitive On‑Target Earnings (base salary + sales commission) plus benefits and equity. Pay range varies; see below for U.S. tiers.
Pay range for this role:
US Tier 1 : 111,000 – 220,000 USD per year
US Tier 2 : 108,000 – 215,000 USD per year
Tier 3 Remote (United States) : 105,000 – 210,000 USD per year
