OutSystems Developer​/Engineer

A dedicated technical support resource to provide support for the Out Systems platform. This individual will be responsible for providing support for an Out Systems environment that hosts a portfolio of established applications as well as many active projects. This individual will interface with the project and support teams for these individual business applications to ensure the platform and applications are maintained in a healthy state.

In addition to support responsibilities, this individual will also help build and maintain internal tools for administration of the Out Systems platform.

• Execute deployments and configurations
• Triage and respond to support tickets
• Monitor logs and analyze runtime errors
• Troubleshoot and debug issues
• Coordinate platform upgrades
• Monitor environment server resources
• Monitor AI Mentor Studio and resolve issues with project teams
• Perform code reviews
• Develop internal tools for administration of the platform

• Minimum 3 years of experience developing and/or supporting Out Systems 11 applications
• Out Systems
  
  Certifications:
  
  Web Developer Specialist and/or Platform Ops Engineer

• Out Systems 11
• Out Systems Developer Cloud (preferred)
• Oracle SQL (preferred)

• Proficient in Out Systems development and best practices. Proficient in SQL. Experienced in performing Out Systems Platform Upgrades.
• Proficient in communicating and collaborating with several project teams across functions.
