Technology – Systems Implementation and Engineering – Quality Engineering – Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing software system testing, both manual and automated, with a focus on performance and regression. You will formulate quality assurance frameworks, processes, procedures, and metrics to ensure the delivery of high‑quality technology products and services that meet defined quality standards. Additionally, you will leverage AI to enhance quality standards and improve system testing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading the delivery of quality assurance processes and frameworks, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
  • Managing and mentoring a team of quality engineers, providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
  • Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and innovative solutions.

To qualify for the role, you must have
  • A Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Typically, no less than 4–6 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Database Engineering.
  • Expertise in Quality Assurance and Testing.
  • Familiarity with Quality Lifecycle Management.
  • Knowledge of Quality Standards of Products and Services.
  • Understanding of System Development Lifecycle.
  • Ability to define, analyse, and map Technology Business Requirements.
  • Experience in Technology Project Management.
  • Skills in Test Automation.
  • Knowledge of Testing Methods.
  • Familiarity with Technology Strategy, Vision, and Roadmap.
  • Strong relationship‑building and management skills.
  • Ability to communicate with impact.
  • Digital fluency and emotional agility.
  • Skills in hybrid collaboration and commercial acumen.
  • Experience in leading teams and managing change.
  • Proficiency in negotiation and influencing.
Ideally, you’ll also have
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies and services.
  • Knowledge of AI and machine learning applications in quality assurance.

  • We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on performance and recognized for the value you bring. The base salary range for this role in all U.S. locations is $142,600 to $261,500. For New York City, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) the range is $171,200 to $297,200. Total rewards include medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
