Position OverviewThe Project Manager – Agile Delivery is part of Zoro’s PMO team and works closely with business owners, engineers, and product leaders to plan and deliver valuable initiatives. This role may serve as Scrum Master for an agile delivery team or as project manager for an initiative or Zoro Technology Request (ZTR) with a defined scope and end. In both cases, they are responsible for planning, execution, and successful delivery of outcomes.
Project Manager is a collaborative professional who leads without authority, ensuring successful delivery of project backlogs, release planning, and continuous improvement using industry-standard Agile and Lean practices.
Duties and Responsibilities- Provides overall leadership and support to delivery teams or project initiatives; acts as front‑line contact for activities, issues, and risks.
- Facilitates agile ceremonies and ensures healthy backlog management.
- Assists in roadmap delivery by partnering with Product Owners and engineering.
- Monitors, documents, and communicates project status; anticipates and resolves issues or escalates appropriately.
- Fosters transparency and communication across teams and stakeholders.
- Identifies and removes blockers to delivery progress.
- Ensures alignment with business objectives and value delivery.
- Administers projects in Jira and maintains effective documentation.
- Partners with teammates on the Project Management Operations team to iterate and implement lean processes and standards applicable to all Zoro delivery teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 4+ years of project/product delivery experience in Agile environments.
- Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies, SDLC, and project management concepts.
- Agile certification required (CSM, CSPO, PMI-ACP, or equivalent).
- Advanced experience with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance team efficiency and delivery outcomes preferred.
- PMP certification preferred.

Pay range: $71,800—$119,600 USD
