Started in Chicago, IL, Asian Student Achievement (ASA) is a growing organization that specializes in professional development for students and professionals. We are looking for someone who’s creative, self-motivated, and passionate about web design to help us maintain and grow our website. Was there anything on our webpage that you thought needed improvement? Come make your changes a reality by joining the ASA team!

• How to work in a non-traditional work environment.
• How to thrive in a small team setting and learn what it takes to run your own business.
• How to manage day-to-day operations in a startup.
• How to refine your soft skills through coaching from us.

• Website Management
  • Manage website strategy and updates via Word Press.
  • Format, upload, and update website content (photos, videos, promotions) to increase website traffic.
  • Update the website with blog posts, newsletters, and written content.
  • Oversee the 1:1 coaching platform, making updates and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Ensure the website is user-friendly with clear, functional navigation.
  • Manage third-party assets (e.g., fonts, themes, photos, plug-ins), and additional costs if applicable.
• Audience Engagement
  • Propose strategies to boost website traffic and social media visibility.
  • Recommend ways to increase audience engagement and customer conversion.
• Miscellaneous
  • Respond to emails, Slack, and other communication within 24 hours of receiving the information.
  • Other duties as assigned.
