Technical Manager – Huron
As Technical Manager, you will lead the end-to-end Workday implementation lifecycle, coordinating with client and Huron team members and overseeing planning, configuration, design, build, conversion, training, go-live, and post-production support.
Responsibilities- Lead implementation lifecycle activities including planning, configuration, design, build, conversion, training, go-live, and post-production support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional client and Huron teams to deliver high-visibility projects.
- Provide guidance on project management methodology, design documentation, end-user training, process modification, and testing approaches.
- 4+ years of Workday integration experience.
- 2+ years serving as Workday Integration Lead.
- Hands-on experience with Workday Studio/Orchestrate, Cloud Connectors, EIBs, Prism Analytics, and Workday Report Writer.
- Preferred:
Higher Education or Healthcare implementation experience, preferably supporting hospital or health system clients. - Strong verbal and written communication skills explaining technical solutions to client stakeholders.
- Experience working within an offshore/global delivery model, coordinating onshore and offshore resources.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.
- Experience supporting Workday HCM, Financials, and/or SCM implementations.
The estimated base salary range for this job is $145,000 - $170,0000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel.
This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $174,000 - $204,000. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental, and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
