Summary:
Are you a strategic thinker who thrives on solving complex content challenges? Do you enjoy crafting user-centered experiences that scale across platforms and brands? Company’s Private Label Solutions (PLS) Experience Design (XD) team is looking for a Content Designer III to help shape the future of travel through thoughtful, scalable content design.

Responsibilities:

Drive content strategy and execution across web and mobile experiences for inheritance platform products.
Bring a systems mindset to content decisions, looking across full user flows to figure out when and how to surface effective messaging.
Apply human-centered design methods to craft and test content solutions that address real user needs.
Create scalable content frameworks that support modularity, localization, and reuse.
Shape voice and tone across complex product areas, even when content ownership is distributed.
Use qualitative and quantitative insights to inform content decisions and improve user experiences.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and researchers to deliver cohesive, accessible, and inclusive content.
Contribute to the evolution of our design system and content practices.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, or related fields.
Skilled in content audits, mapping, modeling, planning, and storytelling.
Comfortable working independently and presenting content strategy using established frameworks.
Deep understanding of human-centered design principles.
Empathetic and inclusive in your approach to content creation.
Strong communicator with excellent presentation and storytelling skills.
Experience designing platforms, mobile apps (iOS/Android), or two-sided marketplaces is a plus.
Passionate about travel and excited to contribute to Company’s mission.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $65.00 - $68.00/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
