Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution. This role requires strong project management expertise, experience working with modern collaboration and productivity tools, and a data-driven mindset to track progress, report insights, and support informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, tracking, and delivery across multiple initiatives
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, dependencies, and product roadmaps
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams using tools such as Salesforce, Slack, and G-Suite to ensure alignment and transparency
  • Manage requirements, risks, issues, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle
  • Create, maintain, and analyze dashboards and reports to monitor project performance, KPIs, and resource utilization
  • Use data analytics to identify trends, uncover risks, and recommend course corrections
  • Support teams in leveraging AI tools (such as Gemini) to improve productivity, insights, and workflow efficiency
  • Communicate project status, milestones, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders and leadership
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Project Management, managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Hands‑on experience with Salesforce, Slack, and G‑Suite in a project or operational context
  • Experience working with product roadmaps and coordinating deliverables across teams
  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Gemini) and their application in business or project workflows
  • Strong experience building and maintaining dashboards, reports, and analytics to track performance
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to analyze data, interpret insights, and translate findings into actionable recommendations
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project Management certifications (PMP, Scrum Master, or similar)
  • Experience working in agile, hybrid, or fast‑paced environments
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with a proactive and adaptable mindset
