SAP Business Process & IT Controls Manager

Overview

The SAP Business Process & IT Controls Manager coordinates consulting services across a wide range of business applications to optimize operational efficiency and ensure compliance and security within SAP systems.

In this leadership role you lead teams, manage client accounts, develop strategic plans, mentor junior staff and drive project success while fostering a culture of integrity, innovation and continuous improvement.

• Lead SAP compliance and security consulting services to confirm compliance and enhance security within SAP applications.
• Analyze client requirements and implement security measures to protect sensitive data and maintain compliance with industry regulations.
• Guide teams in strategic planning and execution of SAP compliance initiatives.
• Develop and oversee the deployment of compliance technology solutions to mitigate risks.
• Coaching team members to leverage their strengths and manage performance to meet client expectations.
• Utilize SAP Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) tools to enhance operational efficiency and compliance oversight.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to identify and address compliance challenges.
• Promote the use of innovative technologies and leading practices across SAP compliance teams.
• Address conflicts or issues, engage in difficult conversations with clients and stakeholders, and escalating where appropriate.
• Uphold professional and technical standards, including PwC's code of conduct and independence requirements.

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 4 years of experience delivering SAP compliance, security, and governance solutions, including auditing, advisory, and implementation engagements.

• Proficiency in SAP Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC).
• Experience with SAP BW/4
  
  HANA for advanced data analytics.
• Expertise in implementing compliance programs and governance frameworks.
• Development of policies and guidelines for regulatory compliance.
• Operational risk management and corrective actions expertise.
• Leadership in compliance auditing and audit documentation processes.
• Embrace change and foster innovation in compliance technology.

Up to 40%.

Salary range: $99,000 - $232,000. Compensation will be determined by skills, experience and location. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), holiday pay, vacation, personal and family sick leave.
