- Own technical standards, best practices, and infrastructure roadmaps.
- Support incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous service improvement.
- Mentor engineers and help build a high-performing technical team.
- Strong experience leading low-latency infrastructure or high‑performance technology teams.
- Deep understanding of trading systems, networked infrastructure, and production environments.
- Proven ability to stay hands‑on while operating in a leadership capacity.
- Strong automation mindset, with experience using scripting and tooling to remove manual work.

- Experience improving reliability, resilience, and operational efficiency in demanding environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with day‑to‑day technical execution.
- Experience in trading, financial services, or another latency‑sensitive environment.
- Exposure to network engineering, systems engineering, platform engineering, or SRE disciplines.
- Strong experience with automation, observability, deployment workflows, and operational tooling.
- A track record of building and improving infrastructure used in critical production environments.
- It offers the chance to shape the infrastructure behind a high-performance trading operation.
- The role combines leadership, architecture, and hands‑on engineering.
- Automation and performance engineering are central to the mandate.
- The environment values ownership, technical excellence, and practical problem-solving.
