IT QA Tester / Automation, Systems Analyst
Quality Engineering Position
Pay Range: $50hr - $55hr
Perform quality engineering activities ensuring high quality software delivery.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and ensure testability.
Support end to end testing lifecycle including functional, integration, regression, and end to end testing.
Drive automation first approach in testing processes.
Work with test data and environment teams to ensure readiness for testing.
Manage test cases, execution, and reporting of results.
Participate in defect management and track issues, risks, and dependencies.
Coordinate with cross functional teams to align testing scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Contribute to Agile ceremonies including standups, grooming sessions, and retrospectives.
Strong experience in quality engineering and software testing.
Experience in Medicare domain including provider management and claims.
Hands on experience with UI and database testing.
Strong proficiency in SQL and database validation.
Experience with AWS services such as S3, Lambda, and DynamoDB.
Experience with Python for automation.
Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodology, and QE practices.
Experience with test management tools such as Jira and Zephyr.
Strong problem solving and communication skills.
Ability to work in matrixed and offshore team environments.
8 plus years of experience in technology quality engineering.
5 plus years of experience in Medicare domain.
1 plus years of experience with Python.
Ensure timely delivery of QA deliverables.
Coordinate with business SMEs to understand requirements.
Align with QE teams on test plans, scope, and timelines.
Support testing across all phases and ensure completion within timelines.
Manage test case execution and reporting.
Identify and document defects and track resolution.
Collaborate with development and business teams for requirement clarity.
Contribute to continuous improvement in testing practices.
Test automation and quality engineering.
SQL and database testing.
AWS cloud services.
Agile and SDLC methodologies.
Test management and defect tracking.
Communication and collaboration.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Agile certification is preferred.
