Senior Product Manager – Real Estate Technology

As part of the Product department, you'll be a key part of a passionate team of Software Engineers, Product Managers, Designers, and Data Specialists that aims to develop the industry's leading real estate data platform. You'll own the product strategy, vision, and roadmap of future products, and will work with a cross-functional team of designers, software developers and stakeholders to bring that roadmap to life.

• Develop a deep understanding of our customers, their businesses, and the challenge they face
• Conceptualize solutions to those needs and build requirements based on customer feedback, market and user experience research
• Contribute to a cross-functional process for prioritizing, delivering, and launching major product releases and incorporating enhancement requests to existing features.
• Work within an agile delivery environment to regularly deliver functionality to customers
• Communicate the value of core platform to product engineering teams and business stakeholders by defining, tracking and reporting on metrics
• Collaborate cross-functionally across product, engineering, architecture, infrastructure and other areas to successfully push platform initiatives forward
• Ensure consistent execution of product lifecycle processes from concept to launch

• 5+ recent years of experience with IT Product Management
• 8+ total years of experience in IT

• Experience managing real estate software products, or other real estate experience
• Experience leading scrum teams and/or be a Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
