Web Sphere Admin with production Support

- Must have experience Tealeaf.
- Abilities to define, configure the product to specific application behavior, build intelligence into the tool to derive heatmap, dash board etc.
- Middleware admin, jboss admin, deployment, clustering related to jboss.
- Applications being migrated from websphere (WAS) to jboss.
- Person will be architecting the framework, how clustering will work, how integration with other technologies will come handy
