Client is seeking a senior-level Agile Transformation Coach to support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across corporate, technology, regional, and hotel operations teams. This role sits within the Transformation Center of Excellence (COE) and combines Agile coaching, organizational change enablement, delivery leadership, and strategic program support across multiple initiatives.
This is not a pure Scrum Master role and not a lightweight Agile coaching engagement. The ideal candidate must be comfortable operating across executive leadership, operational business teams, and delivery organizations while helping drive adoption of Hyatts transformation framework in practical, sustainable ways.

The successful candidate will spend significant time:
- Coaching leaders and teams
- Facilitating workshops and alignment sessions
- Driving Agile adoption across business functions
- Helping teams operationalize enterprise frameworks
- Supporting organizational and process transformation initiatives
- Managing stakeholder expectations across multiple programs
- Translating transformation concepts into actionable delivery practices
This role requires a strong communicator and facilitator who can operate effectively with both executives and operational teams.
Core Responsibilities- Learn, apply, and help operationalize Hyatts internal transformation framework across business, technology, and hotel operations
- Coach leadership teams, delivery teams, and operational stakeholders on Agile ways of working and organizational agility practices
- Support multiple transformation programs simultaneously within the COE structure
- Facilitate workshops, retrospectives, planning sessions, and alignment discussions across distributed teams
- Partner with executive leadership to evolve governance models, delivery approaches, roadmaps, and transformation metrics
- Drive organizational alignment between business, technology, and operational teams
- Help evolve operating models, decision‑making frameworks, and collaboration structures
- Support Agile maturity growth across teams with practical and sustainable coaching approaches
- Mentor internal Scrum Masters, Agile practitioners, and transformation champions
- Assist teams in responsibly leveraging Gen AI tools and emerging technologies to improve workflow efficiency, knowledge sharing, and operational decision‑making
- Support enterprise‑level communication, storytelling, and executive presentation development
- Collaborate across global and culturally diverse teams, including hotel and regional operational stakeholders
- Travel occasionally to hotel or regional sites as needed to support transformation initiatives
- 610+ years of experience in Agile Transformation, Organizational Change, Enterprise Coaching, Program Leadership, or related transformation‑focused roles
- ICP‑ACC
- SPC (SAFe Program Consultant)
- Certified Agile Coach or equivalent credentials
- Strong experience working within enterprise‑scale Agile environments
- Experience coaching leadership teams, cross‑functional stakeholders, and delivery organizations
