The Dev Ops Engineer builds and operates the cloud infrastructure and delivery pipelines behind doctari and ABCD, with a cloud-first posture aligned to HIPAA, SOC 2, HITRUST, and a FedRAMP Moderate path.

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code.
• Operate cloud infrastructure with high availability and cost efficiency.
• Implement observability, alerting, and automated incident response.
• Harden environments to meet HIPAA, SOC 2, HITRUST, and FedRAMP Moderate requirements.
• Manage network segmentation and secrets, partnering with IT/Security.
• Support the on‑prem GPU pod and hybrid cloud connectivity.

• 3+ years in Dev Ops, platform, or infrastructure engineering.
• Strong experience with a major cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, etc.).
• Proficiency with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Scripting/automation skills (Python, Bash, or Go).

• Experience supporting compliance frameworks (SOC 2, HITRUST, FedRAMP).
• GPU/ML infrastructure experience.
• Familiarity with service mesh and micro‑segmentation.

Chicago-based hybrid role in the Engineering zone, adjacent to the MDF/rack closet, participating in an on-call rotation.
