+ Exhibited strong leadership by driving urgency, strategic direction, and proactive issue resolution.

+ Oversaw multiple parallel initiatives, effectively prioritizing workloads and aligning team efforts with business goals.

+ Designed and implemented robust test strategies, incorporating automation and industry best practices to ensure quality.

** Your skills and experience*
* + 10 years experience as Quality Assurance and Test Engineer Lead

+ Expertise in defining test strategies, delivery models, and implementing automation to enhance productivity and efficiency.

+ Proficient in collaboration with COEs, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams, leveraging tools like JIRA and Confluence for effective execution.

+ Extensive experience in project and test management, consistently delivering complex, high-quality initiatives with strong governance and execution discipline.

+ Proven expertise across QSR, Retail, and Digital domains, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, highly integrated environments.

+ Strong Agile/Scrum knowledge, enabling iterative delivery, continuous feedback, and improved team performance.

+ Demonstrated leadership with a focus on strategic planning, urgency, and effective problem-solving to drive outcomes.

+ Skilled in managing multiple concurrent initiatives, prioritizing competing demands while maintaining quality and timelines.

+ Deep understanding of customer technology landscapes, system integrations, and end-to-end business processes.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $73,150 - $174,000
