8 + years as a Software Quality Assurance Lead.

Experience is required in managing software / application testing for Insurance industry. Specialty and Commercial LOBs experience implementing new products and platforms is strongly preferred.

Knowledge in Automation Testing Tools like Client QTP, Selenium, etc. is preferred and specifically how they are used in UI, Forms and Rating testing.

Strong software engineering and development lifecycle knowledge.

Strong hands-on experience with planning and testing UI as well as back-office systems that require Web services or batch-based integrations and implementations.

Knowledge with performance testing tools (Load Runner, App Loader, etc.) as well as data profiling for representative load testing is preferred.

Experience with Microsoft TFS and Test Manager (MTM) for test management is preferred.

Quality Assurance leadership experience with Guidewire Insurance solutions is highly preferred.
