The Model Steward governs how ABCD is evaluated, validated, and released — owning the evaluation harness outputs, bias/drift findings, and the documentation that supports clinical and regulatory confidence.

• Steward the model evaluation harness and review eval results before release.
• Monitor bias and drift and elevate findings to scientific and engineering leadership.
• Maintain model documentation, versioning records, and clinical evidence packages.
• Coordinate model governance reviews and release sign‑off.
• Partner with Clinical & Regulatory Affairs on 21 CFR Part 11 and validation evidence.

• 3+ years in ML evaluation, model governance, quality, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of model evaluation methodology, bias, and drift.
• Excellent documentation and cross‑functional coordination skills.
• Working knowledge of Python and ML evaluation tooling.

• Experience with regulated AI/SaMD or clinical model validation.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11, or FedRAMP documentation.
• Background in responsible‑AI or governance frameworks.

Chicago‑based hybrid role in the AI Development zone, working primarily from the MLOps/evaluation room and war rooms.
