Job Title
This position is responsible for developing frameworks for test scripting, automation, and troubleshooting. The candidate is responsible for testing UI (Web applications), API and Mainframe, SQL (DML & DDL), and this is a CTH position with onsite requirements of 3 days a week in one of the 5 locations.

• Bachelor Degree and 4 years Information Technology experience OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 6 year Information Technology experience OR 8 years Information Technology experience.
• Experience in technologies testing.
• Experience in application and infrastructure integration.
• Experience in SDLC Methodology - Agile / Scrum / Iterative Development.
• Experience in ITIL.
• Experience in code versioning / code merge.
• Experience in Iterative / Agile / Scrum development.
• Experience in mobile testing.
• Experience in ALM/SQL/SDM.
• Experience in Performance Center.
• Experience in HP Load Runner, Quality Center and other QA and testing tools.
• Experience in web technologies - HTML/CSS/Java/ASP.Net.
• Experience in scripting languages - BASH / PERL / PYTHON.
• Experience in traditional app technology – C++, Perl, SAP, etc.
• Experience in test automation tools.
• Testing methodologies.

Test Automation
- Familiarity with test automation tools and ability to decide when and where test automation is appropriate.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• ISEB System Testing Foundation Cert. or similar.
• Experience specific to Interactive Voice Response (IVR) for HCSC Contact Center.
• Experience in VOIP Call Routing.
• Experience in Cisco UCCE Contact Center Version above 11.5.
• Knowledge on Cisco Call Manager.
• Experience in Inbound/Outbound/IVR call flows.
• Experience in Empirix Call Master Version 8.1.
• Experience in Load and performance testing using Hammer tool.
• Experience in Selenium scripting.
• Experience in Test automation tools – Selenium, Cyara.
Knowledge /understanding of scripting and coding is a nice to have.
