We are now seeking a Vice President of Sales to spearhead our go-to-market strategy, build and lead a world-class sales organization, and drive revenue growth across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise customers.

Role & Responsibilities

As VP of Sales, you will:

Own end-to-end sales strategy and execution, including pipeline building, deal structuring, and closing high-value accounts.

Build and lead a high-performance sales team, recruiting, training, and mentoring top-tier reps.

Design and implement scalable sales processes, compensation plans, and territory structures.

Drive dual-market strategy: open-market expansion (SMBs, startups) and blue-ocean enterprise opportunities.

Collaborate with the CEO, CMO, and Head of Partnerships to refine positioning, GTM messaging, and pricing models.

Leverage personal network and industry connections to accelerate enterprise adoption.

Partner closely with product and research teams to ensure customer feedback informs roadmap.

Establish key KPIs and reporting systems to track sales performance and forecast revenue growth.

What We’re Looking For

8+ years of B2B SaaS sales leadership, ideally with experience scaling from 0 → $10M+ ARR.

Proven track record of closing enterprise SaaS deals and managing long sales cycles.

Experience building, scaling, and motivating sales teams (startups or hyper-growth companies preferred).

Strong network in enterprise software, SaaS, or Dev Ops/QA industries.

Data-driven mindset with mastery of CRM and sales enablement tools.

Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.

Compensation & Incentives

We are offering a founding leadership-level package:

5% equity in Test Row.

5% override commission on all team sales.

10% commission (equity-based) on personal closes.

Transition to competitive base salary + commission once revenue scales.
