Job Summary

The Executive Director will define the enterprise Payment Integrity strategy across all line of business, including opportunity identification, prioritization, and roadmap development.

Required

Job Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in data science, engineering, computer science or business / economics

* 15+ years experience leading cross-functional teams in data product development or innovation strategy

* 7 years of leadership experience

* Leadership and strategic decision making skills

* Executive level communication skills

* Relationship management and customer satisfaction

* Problem solving / analytical thinking

* Knowledge of change management, planning, and communication techniques

* Experience in strategic partnerships, evaluations, due diligence

* Database architecture and storage, infrastructure, and integration technologies experience

* Previous experience overseeing the annual budget and allocating resources for various projects and operational needs

* Experience translating needs and initiatives into compelling business cases

* Ability to conduct cost-benefit analyses to justify investments and ensure ROI

This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office; 2 days remote.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
