JMark Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Reports and Assessments Staff Officer III to support the HUMINT & Sensitive Activities Directorate within the Office of the Under Secretary of War for Intelligence and Security (OUSW(I&S)).
This position provides critical support for the preparation, coordination, analysis, and oversight of sensitive activities reporting for senior Department of War leadership, Executive Branch officials, and Congressional stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in reporting, data analysis, executive briefings, and strategic decision support within the Department of War or Intelligence Community environment.
The selected candidate will thrive in a high-visibility, fast-paced environment requiring exceptional analytical abilities, executive communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple sensitive priorities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities Report Preparation & Analysis- Lead the preparation and staffing of Department of War quarterly reports and executive briefings related to sensitive activities for Congress and Executive Branch senior leaders.
- Coordinate the collection, compilation, editing, review, approval, production, and delivery of reports, assessments, and briefing materials.
- Prepare high-quality executive-level presentations, talking points, summaries, and analytical products with minimal oversight.
- Coordinate, convene, and facilitate meetings, working groups, and Sensitive Activities Executive Council (SA-EXCON) sessions.
- Prepare and distribute agendas, attendee rosters, read-ahead materials, meeting minutes, and action items.
- Support senior leader engagements by ensuring timely and accurate coordination of sensitive information and deliverables.
- Analyze and evaluate large structured and unstructured classified data sets to identify trends, anomalies, and operational insights.
- Develop and maintain data analytics and visualization tools that support executive decision-making and oversight activities.
- Build, update, and maintain analytic dashboards using tools such as Kibana and related technologies to interpret historical data and forecast future performance trends.
- Identify and apply methodologies and statistical techniques to analyze government-classified data and operational reporting.
- Provide data-driven assessments and recommendations that support oversight, compliance, and operational effectiveness.
- Support government-led production of analysis, assessments, reporting, and briefings related to sensitive activities.
- Collaborate with software developers, security engineers, analysts, and program managers using Agile and traditional development methodologies to support reporting and data analysis objectives.
- Assist with the development, review, revision, and oversight of strategy, policy, and legislation related to Department of War sensitive activities.
- Maintain historical record files associated with sensitive activities reporting and legislative requirements.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance
. - Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience producing reports and executive briefings within the Department of War or Intelligence Community (IC).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience using data analysis tools and technologies to produce reports and assessments.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience preparing reports and briefing materials for Congressional engagements.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a high-stakes, mission-focused environment.
- Experience with classified data analytics and visualization platforms such as Kibana.
- Familiarity with sensitive activities oversight, reporting requirements, and executive coordination processes.
- Experience supporting senior government leadership and Congressional reporting requirements.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and collaborative reporting environments.
