Rippling is seeking an SDR Outbound Manager to coach and develop reps, build pipeline, and refine processes in a burgeoning Chicago office.
The ideal candidate will have over 2 years in an SDR role, excellent knowledge of the SDR tech stack, and will be instrumental in hiring and training talent while achieving revenue targets.
This is a hybrid position expected to transition to the new Chicago office within the next 6-9 months.
