• We are looking for an Operations Excellence Analyst to play a pivotal role in optimizing our global support operations. In this role, you will dissect complex challenges to discern whether they stem from people, processes, or tools, providing actionable insights directly to our executive leadership team. • Evaluate operational challenges utilizing a holistic approach to determine if root causes stem from people, processes, or tools
• Conduct comprehensive data analysis to uncover underlying patterns and mitigate inefficiencies
• Respond to executive requests by transforming data into clear visualizations that pass the “blink test” and deliver actionable recommendations
• Partner with Business Operations teams to build and fine‑tune interactive dashboards
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to prioritize high‑impact initiatives that help to provide operational efficiency

• Data Mining to extract insights from ITSM tools including Salesforce, Service Now, and Purecloud
• Data Visualization to build reports using Tableau logic and metric definitions
• Presentation Software to craft persuasive, audience‑tailored briefings using PowerPoint or Google Slides
• Critical Thinking to embrace a mindset of continuous optimization and constructive problem‑solving
• ITIL Framework to align operational processes with established industry best practices
• Communication Skills to convey complex technical data clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences

5+ years of experience in data analysis or operational optimization
