In user experience design, you will focus on creating and enhancing the overall experience that users have when interacting with a product, system, or service.

As a Tax Innovation User Experience professional, you will engage in creating user‑centric designs that enhance the effectiveness and enjoyment of products and services. You will contribute to client engagements by gathering insights through UX design research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing. As an Associate, you will learn and contribute to projects, develop your skills, and deliver quality work. You will build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

Your work will involve understanding and enhancing customer satisfaction and experience while exploring emerging technologies that may disrupt industries and create new opportunities.

• Conduct UX design research to gather insights and improve product usability
• Develop user personas and map user journeys to enhance customer experience
• Collaborate with design teams to create user‑centered design solutions
• Engage in usability testing to identify improvement areas and optimize design
• Utilize emerging technologies to innovate and enhance UI prototyping
• Analyze industry trends to inform design strategies and align with business objectives
• Implement CX strategies to improve satisfaction and engagement
• Participate in design development through iterative prototyping and feedback sessions
• Support client engagements by applying human‑centered design principles
• Conduct survey research to collect user feedback and inform design decisions

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor’s degree
• Entry‑level experience, completing or recently completed your final academic year of educational requirements

• Preference for a 3.3 overall GPA
• Preference for fields such as Design, Graphic Design, Computer Graphics, Visual Communication, Digital Communications and Media/Multimedia, Computer Engineering, Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology
• Demonstrating intellectual curiosity and adaptability in fast‑paced environments
• Utilizing emerging technologies to enhance user experience design
• Engaging in UX research and usability testing
• Developing creative design solutions for client‑focused projects
• Participating in industry trend analysis to inform design strategies
• Excelling in communication and teamwork within diverse teams

Up to 20%

The salary range for this position is $53,500 - $142,000. Actual compensation will depend on the candidate’s skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), holiday pay, vacation, personal and family sick leave, and more.
