Duration: 12+ months

Location: 5 days onsite in a week in Addison, TX

As a Policy Governance Analyst
, you will be:

• Applying prior Cyber Security and/or Technology Infrastructure knowledge to support the Policy Governance Lifecycle. Interpreting and aligning Laws, Rules, and Regulations (LRRs) with organizational policies and standards. Supporting the development, review, and maintenance of information security and technology-related policies in a regulated environment. Prioritizing tasks effectively and executing defined governance processes with accuracy and efficiency. Identifying adherence controls to ensure policies are being followed across the organization.
  
  Analyzing gaps in policy coverage and recommending improvements to strengthen compliance and risk mitigation. Contributing to risk reduction initiatives within the policy governance framework. Assisting in the alignment of regulations, internal processes, and controls with policy requirements. Supporting adherence monitoring and governance activities through regular assessments and reporting. Partnering with internal stakeholders, SMEs, and senior leadership to drive governance initiatives.
  
  Analyzing complex data sets and translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations. Developing reports and tracking progress against assigned deliverables and governance milestones. Providing regulatory and compliance guidance related to firm policies, procedures, and standards. Evaluating customer and stakeholder needs to propose effective solutions and resolve policy-related issues. Leveraging past experience and knowledge to define solutions and recommend actionable paths forward.
  
  Interpreting data trends and communicating statistical findings, insights, and potential risks. Demonstrating strong communication skills to interact with both technical teams and senior leadership. Deep-diving into complex processes to validate adherence to LRRs and policy requirements. Continuously improving policy governance processes through analysis, collaboration, and best practices.

Pay Range*: $58 - $61 per hour

* Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
