Scope:
This person will help get Manager to VP level Digital/IT client stakeholders acclimated to the Agile process as well as enforce teams to follow Agile methodology.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Experience with Agile software development practices (Scrum, TDD, XP)
- Experience with large transformation engagements, organizational impediments to transformation, and has coached senior managers and other stakeholders in resolving them
- Can help management at all levels of the organization to understand the benefits of thinking and working in an Agile way
