Join our team as a Senior Consultant in AI Product & Innovation, where you will lead AI-driven transformation projects in a dynamic environment. Based in Chicago, IL, this full-time position involves end-to-end management of AI work streams, requiring strong analytical and strategic skills. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions using advanced AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead AI-focused work streams from discovery to delivery.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and synthesize insights into structured findings.
- Evaluate AI platforms and tools against client objectives.
- Translate business challenges into AI opportunity areas and solution roadmaps.
- Develop executive-ready presentations and workshop materials.
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of AI concepts and their application in business transformation. 5–6 years of experience in consulting, product management, or analytics with AI involvement. Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems and deliver clear recommendations. Advanced capability in strategic storytelling for senior stakeholders.
