Net Suite Functional Lead Associate Director

Protiviti is looking for an Associate Director who can be a leader in our Net Suite practice to join our growing team.

As an Associate Director, you'll play a lead role in strengthening our relationships with clients and Net Suite, while providing seamless guidance in the completion of relevant Net Suite engagements. You'll be a trusted partner with our clients to drive the enablement of their Net Suite solution. You'll develop strategies to solve complex business problems using new ways of thinking, and devise solutions to support your clients' needs through analytics, automation or the latest tools and methods.

You'll develop new projects, help identify new business, support ongoing team development, and build lasting relationships with clients and within the community as you serve as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market. You will also be a mentor and provide growth and development to teams as you oversee the successful completion of project work plans.

Do Your Talents Include the Following?

• Demonstrated experience with:
• Leading and implementing Net Suite transformations inclusive of the following modules:
  Record to Report, Design to Build, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Fixed Assets, Grants, Project Management
• Leading and implementing one or more of the following:
  Features:
  Multibook Accounting, Bill Capture, Electronic Bank Payments
• Advanced Modules:
  Advanced Revenue Management, Advanced Manufacturing, Advanced Inventory
• Solutions:
  Net Suite Planning and Budgeting, Net Suite Analytics Warehouse, Suite Projects
• Knowledge of Net Suite AI features and proven delivery within Finance and Operations
• Knowledge and experience with Net Suite Security, User Role Design and Provisioning
• Knowledge of Net Suite Suite Success Methodology and Leading Practices as it pertains to business process solution design and key elements of the Net Suite application architecture and out-of-box functionality
• Familiarity with creating custom fields, forms, saved searches, reports, as well as familiarity with basic Suite Flow functionality for configuring Invoice Approval and Vendor Bill Approval workflows.
• Experience leading end-to-end Net Suite projects working with cross-functional teams of Business, IT, and Compliance teams
• Able to write business documentation such as Project Plans, Business Requirements Document (BRD), Functional Requirements Document (FRD), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cases and scenarios.
• Able to assist with Data Migration, Cutover activities, as well as the ability to provide Defect Resolution support during UAT and Hypercare.
• Establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network, including with senior executives.
• Successfully pursuing business development opportunities and identifying and implementing strategies to obtain new work or clientele.
• Ability to translate and communicate issues, risks or challenges to client personnel, including executives.
• Leadership and direct supervisory experience of teams including conducting performance appraisals, mentoring and coaching, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and understanding how to motivate.

Your Educational and Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., MIS, Accounting, Finance)
• 9+ years working in professional services or related industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Secondary emphasis on Visio and Access.
• Professional Certification such as Net Suite Suite Foundation and ERP Consultant or similar strongly preferred.
• Net Suite industry experience in at least one or more of the following:
  Manufacturing, Nonprofit, Consumer Products, Software
