Experience:

Around 5-6 years of experience in Empower (CDS), LIMS/Sample Manager Customization and Run Support. Experience in handling INC's, Service Requests and Enhancements thru Service Now portal. Hands on experience on patch updates, workflow configuration e.g. Standard/Reagent, Test methods, Sampling, Testing and results, Approvals, Instruments etc. Experience of interfacing Chromatography devices with other applications and instrument integration. Experience of operating under strict cGXP environment, interacting with IT System Owners and business end users.

Database and OS understanding - Oracle or PL/SQL, Windows/Linux. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field 4+ years bio-informatics/IT experience with exposure to Life Sciences / Pharma projects

Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide expert run support services for an International Pharma Manufacturing Client for Waters Empower 3 CDS software COTS product. Troubleshoot IT issues relating to CDS software and provide timely resolution. Provide crisp and timely updates to business owners and honor business priorities. Perform duties under a cGMP environment and maintain Data integrity across interface. Demonstrate expert knowledge of CDS software functionality and applications.

Perform additional run support for Lab informatics COTS products like Sample Manager and Electronic Lab Notebook. Operate under an Onsite/Offshore support model and coordinate deliverables with offshore team
